Carolina & North Western crossing at Avon
Time is short for the signals and surrounding landscape at Avon. The C&NW tracks that crossed at grade between the signals going to Dallas, Lincolnton, Hickory are gone as are the signals. Should have kept the shutter opened a bit longer while using 25 speed film.

Mike Falls	General	The intermediate is north of this location. There is an automobile bridge spanning tracks now. The passenger station was just south of this location in the 60's.	8/10/2018 9:02:32 PM
